This is the room where the model changed its own name. Version 2.0, drafted on 16 June, moved the centre from the movement of Me to We onto the threshold of readiness that any change has to cross. Nothing from the original was lost. The framing became more accurate.
The web edition displayed here is the charter: thirteen sections holding the keystone, the three moves, the three deliverables, and the refusals. It also settles one decision. The healing register stays private, in The Line, while the model travels in the language of boards and commissions. Its last line matters most: the spine is meant to hold; the wording is meant to be yours.
